If you haven’t heard, we just had our FOURTH baby last week, so things have been a bit crazy. Mac (my husband) has been in super-drive since then. You probably don’t know this, but he does more around our house than I do. MOST of the time, he does bath time, bed time, getting the kids ready in the morning, diaper changes, and MORE! I can go on and on. He has taken care of things even more lately, trying to allow me time to rest.
Normally, you see TONS of these types of posts around mother’s day. Mother’s desiring a break from parenting for the day before the day passes and it’s just like any other day with all our normal responsibilities. The father of my children deserves the same treatment for Father’s Day – and more!
Father’s Day
Leaving the house with a newborn baby isn’t easy (neither is taking three other toddlers along for the ride). In my effort to help make things easier on my husband, we ordered our newborn’s Huggies diapers online through amazon! We saved money AND didn’t have to leave the house. Win-win for everyone!
I love being able to give my husband a little bit of a break, by taking on diaper duty with Huggies! By ordering on Amazon, you can save up to $3 on Huggies, Pull-Ups, and Goodnites! Also, if you use Amazon’s Subscribe and Save program you can save up to another 20% AND get free shipping! I love subscribing to products such as diapers and other paper products that I know we use on a regular basis.
Then, on Father’s day, use some of the money you saved to make dad’s day a little more special! Saving time and money is necessary when you have four adorable boys that take up most of that time and money. 😛
I’m just thankful that Huggies and Amazon helped make life a little easier, especially for my husband and that we are able to appreciate him more this Father’s day!
Does anyone else have a super-dad/super-husband who does more of the parenting than you do?!
