Creating healthy habits while working from home can be difficult! This is the first year that my husband and I have been self-employed. We make a pretty great team being home together. We try our best to stick to a schedule and let one another work whenever we need to work.
It’s so easy to get distracted feeding the kids and wanting to spend time together. However, we do our best to stay focused!
One of the hardest parts about working from home is finding time to eat, let alone plan out healthy meals. But honestly, the only way I stick to my healthy eating plan is by planning them out ahead of time. I don’t have to spend hours on a Sunday, pre-making 30 meals. Just a simple plan, the day before, does the trick!

These greens sound amazing!! I’ve tried so many things that taste horrible, and then I just don’t stick with it. Something I can’t really taste would be perfect! And I’m with you, it seems like working from home has be BUSIER and makes it harder to stay healthy! Great post 🙂
