Just kidding – this title is misleading because that task in impossible. I’m lucky if I can get my two toddlers to consume one meal a day! I will have a silly list later about how to get your toddlers to eat!
You would think that even when you ask them exactly what they would want, they would eat it. But that isn’t the case all of the time either.
Another fun thing about meal time is when they have a favorite food that they LOVE to eat every day for what seems like forever – and then all of the sudden it will be like you are serving them dirt and they refuse it completely… Even though they eat literal dirt sometimes too. (Insert eye roll emoji)
All of that aside, mealtime can be so fun even though it can be so stressful too! Even if the children aren’t eating what I made them, at least they can have their meal on wonderful plates made from recycled milk jugs!
Replay Recycled is a wonderful company that makes these amazing feeding sets and offered to give my readers a chance to win a full set! A full set includes a plate (divided or flat), a bowl, a utensil set, a cup (regular & sippy), AND a snack container! Replay has also offered to give a full set away to one of you as well!
For now, here’s a silly little list about how to get toddlers to eat every meal:
- Strap them down
- High chairs are the best inventions in the world. My children would never ever sit down for a meal if it wasn’t for high chairs
- Feed them PB&J every meal
- It has to be better than fast food right?
- Confession: my oldest might have had some for breakfast AND lunch more than once.
- Offer bribes
- Cookies have to be the best toddler motivator. ever. – amiright?!
- Cut things into cool shapes
- Why do my boys eat pancakes better when they are shaped like Mickey Mouse?! Who knows but it works!
- Use awesome colorful plates
Enter the giveaway below and because Replay is so generous – they also decided to give my readers a 15% off $20 code for the next week at Re-Play.com

My daughter could eat pancakes over and over! She love them with bananas, chocolate chips, blueberries, etc! She could eat them everyday if I’d let her!

My toddler loves smoothies, so that’s a great way to get fruit (and sometimes other hidden things?) into her
Judy Feldman says
My toddler loves fishsticks. It needs to served as an option for every meal. It can be disguised in cottage cheese, covered in ketchup, cut up and mixed in noodles, mixed in with canned corn or be there in some other shape or form. But Fishsticks must make an appearance or the meal is unacceptable and will not be eaten. Babysitters quickly learn the fishstick rule or find themselves cleaning up a beautifully prepared meal which has been declared “yucky” and is now decorating the floor.

My kiddo loves pasta with veggies and peanut sauce – but only certain pasta shapes. And no yellow veggies. It’s baffling!

hahaha, I was hoping you would have the miracle solution. 😉 Same here, I’d be lucky if there’s *one* thing my kid likes on the dinning table each night.
