The last few weeks of this pregnancy are coming to an end! Finally! I have enjoyed this pregnancy immensely but I have also been suffering with PGP – which is VERY painful and it gets worse as the pregnancy goes along. These Watercolor Birth Affirmations have kept me busy and have kept me focused on why I am doing this and that I CAN do this!
I was able to paint these and transfer them here for you to use! I have been trying to do things to keep me busy and keep my mind off of the pain. Something VERY crazy came to my mind the other day! This could be our baby’s birth month and we are so very excited to meet our new baby! I have contractions daily but we are trying all that we can to keep this little one is for as long as possible. Little Ox#2 was born at 36 weeks and we are only a week and a half away from that so we are keeping a close eye on things and having appointments almost every week now. Be on the lookout for my next post about a sneak peek into my Hospital Bag for #3!
I think a lot about what I want this labor to be like (even though I know that it can be drastically different than what I have experienced already and what I might expect). However, it is great to have a plan AND to be flexible. I believe that having my husband be an active part of my labor and that using these printed birth affirmations will help me to have the labor that I hope for. I hope that you can also use these watercolor birth affirmations to focus your mind and body during your birth as well. Enjoy! 🙂
Here are SIX versions and affirmations you can use! I hope they encourage you during your labor and delivery! You can do this!
I trust my body and work with my baby
