These last few days have been great – and I am making a lot of progress..
I have been eating clean and sticking to my workouts – at least once a day. Hubby has still been doing his Upper Fix every day. I missed it yesterday but luckily I was able to get in Dirty 30 and 10 minute abs twice.
Here are this weeks stats. The scale went up, but the inches are going down.
-8 inches so far! NICE!
So funny how I was just talking about how the scale doesn’t define progress. I can already see a difference in the progress pictures – and like I said especially the fact that I have already lost a total of 8 inches so far.
So for today’s workouts: Upper Fix and Pilates (my fav!)
Clean eating has been spot on today. I was even able to make a yummy homemade pizza – with lots of peppers, mushrooms, and spinach – on whole wheat pizza crust. YUM.
Halfway done. Love it – and feeling great.
